On Sunday December 17, 2012, 2 days after the CT shooting, a man went to a restaurant in San Antonio to kill his ex-girlfriend. After he shot her, most of the people in the restaurant fled next door to a theater. The gunman followed them and entered the theater so he could shoot more people. He started shooting and people in the theater started running and screaming. It's like the Aurora, CO theater story plus a restaurant! Now aren't you wondering why this isn't a lead story in the national media along with the school shooting? There was an off duty county deputy at the theater. SHE pulled out her gun and shot the man 4 times before he had a chance to kill anyone. So since this story makes the point that the best thing to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, the media is treating it like it never happened. Only the local media covered it. The city is giving her a medal next week. Just thought you'd like to know. Houston man accused of killing ex-girlfriend, teen - San Antonio Express-News snopes.com: Media Quiet About San Antonio Theater Shooting
Pretty Interesting but im guessing it didn't get as much coverage due to him not killing multiple people
Yeah. It should have been covered though. If many people in the theatre were killed, and then the off duty sheriff killed him, it probably would have gotten more coverage. The media would probably twist it to favor gun control anyways, so fuck it.
Another shooting not covered by the media and, aside from killing children, is almost every bit as fucked up as the shooting in CT. 'Chaos:' Gunman ambushes, kills two firefighters at New York blaze - CNN.com A previously convicted felon, who wasn't allowed to own a gun , set his own house on fire and called 911. When the firemen arrived and tried to take care of the fire, he shot them from a house he was hiding in across the street. The man was arrested in 1980 for killing his own grandmother with a hammer. Why was this man released from prison after 30 years, and living on his own? He should be in a mental hospital. Would gun control have prevented this? Hell no, he got his hands on a gun, illegally, and has committed murder before without the use of a firearm. These stories aren't all over the media because they don't help the cause for gun control.
Gun free, gun free, gun free gun free They work dood And gun control advocates point out that you never hear this kind of stuff
man I'm like maybe 4 hours away from SA, didnt hear about this. of course they cant sell it like they can other shit cuz the guy was taken out rather quickly by someone else, even though it was a cop who did it.
Gun free, gun free, gun free gun free They work dood And gun control advocates point out that you never hear this kind of stuff
Maybe you should buy a gun and shoot open the rapecrate
maybe one time on the news right? The Sandy Hook shooting was all over the news for over a week and is still being mentioned
It would be horrible if the main stream media had to cast a gun user in a good light after saving folks from a nut. Wouldn't fit in with their anti gun agenda.
