Another Question about Cloning

hi, yea i am just about to clone my plants first off when i take my clipping and trim off some of the bottom fan leaves should i trim off the branching leaves that are between the the stem and the fan leaf or just leave them.
and also can i just put a dome over the clone and leave it outside and just mist the leaves 3 or 4 times a day

i got a indoor stealth grow box but there is no room for the clone and the dome rite now
