Well, this is the second time I've done dxm. The first time I was dumb enough to each triple c's, but only eight. I did a little research and know what I'm taking now. I bought a 3 oz bottle of 'Delsym' there are 534 mg of DXM Polistirex. I think I'll be able to handle it, as I weigh 180 lbs. Oh yeah, and I'm ripped. Do you guys think it would be fine for me to just drink the whole bottle?
try to stay away from the dxm polistirex because it takes longer to hit and it doesn't hit nearly as hard. i made the same mistake when i first tryed dexing. find dmx HBr and that is your best bet, it is in robitussin cough. and for a pretty good trip you want around 400-600mg.
