    So last night i was caught by my mom, i was in the basement watching half baked while gettin bake (by the way i was blitzed outta my mind) and so 15 min through the movie. after i finished my first blunt of the night i hear loud beating on the door i paniked. i try to spray cologne but none came out so that was dead. i triend to hide my other blunts, and i for got to hid the ashes and the roach (bigggg mistake) So i open the door and she blasts in and yells "what tha hell is that i smell" then she goes on to say " have you been smoking marijuana" i then say no i was burning something and then i point to a mirror on the verge of saying i was burning the mirror but i caught the bud b4 i let the weed talk 4 me. so she looks over and looks and see the cup i used 4 an ashtray and see the roach and she just smacked the shit outta me ( think it boosted my high but it hurt like hell) so i hoped up n ran and the gots to kickin all over my ass. all the while im trying to explain to her about weed. but she kicked my ass wit household products like shoes, bottles of starch, hangars, potatoes yes potatoes, and a windshield scraper. ouch. but anyways i told her some info on our favorite plant and she wasint listening at all and said i better not smoke again. but need less 2 say im high as hell right now but ehhh just thought id share

    HAHAHA, dude, she hits you with shit, becuz smoking weed hurts you...? wtf... oh and also i would have to kill some one in their sleep if some one did that to me

    If you try to heal the relationship and not get caught for a while you can talk to her in a little moment of confidence and tell her all about it..

    How I don't see where you're coming from as far as abusive parents being "hilarious," that is an ironic story... Really, I don't know what to tell you. Beating you because you were smoking a few blunts, trying to mellow out. Another prime example of how society's reaction to marijuana overpowers the negative aspect of actually smoking marijuana.

    Nope. Damn proud of it, too. Really I've been blessed to have been raised in a household where violence is discouraged. I got the occasional slap on the ass, but I wouldn't say she "kicked my ass" or "beat me up."

    agreed, my parents never struck me as a rule (last time was a slap on the tush when I was 6, I deserved it, happened 2 or 3x in my life up to that point and never again) I will do the same when I have kids. Hitting just shows a lack of real communication IMO, even with (and especially with) small children.
