    It can be prescribed to people with anorexia but you have to understand anorexia is a mental game. Just because they'd get munchies that doesn't mean they still wouldn't feel insecure about themselves and want to eat.

    anorexia is a psychological disorder its not that they cant eat its because they feel insecure and ..stuff..
