More and more I believe this is true. I think that anonymous is a tool being used to allow for extreme laws to be put into place. The government is playing with us. They want us to get mad so they can say "Look! We were right all along, our citizens are dangerous and must be controlled!", but that's right after they prod us in the ass with illegal searches, wire taps, brutality and bullshit. The government is inciting the people to be outraged in order to come out looking like the good guy when they pass laws they throw half of us in prison. I'm not sure what the solution is. I don't think we can sit back and try to be good little boys and girls and hope it'll all work out. But at the same time we can't feed into it and start rioting and panicking. That just tightens the noose around our freedom.
No matter what, our government is going to controll us. We can either sit back and take it or stand up for ourselves and take it even harder. Our world is spiraling into oblivion and nobody can stop it. We just have to do what we believe is right and hope that the government realizes that they are fucking up.

Yes that's all true. And then when Ron Paul is getting massive support they fix the polls and he doesn't get elected. Then when people get pissed off when Obama is re-elected and we all riot they'll use that as an excuse to take away more rights. The second amendment isn't going to last much longer.
It really is a sticky situation... Either way the government gets what they want.. But if you look at history, a good amount of revolutions have ended in success.. It just takes a spark to start a wild fire.. Or move out of the country.. but I dont have the money for that and the rest of the world that doesnt oppose the US will follow suit and turn themselves into police states.

If any of you have ever played a MOBA like DOTA or League of Legends, a popular tactic is to bait a player into attacking you and chasing you until they're overextended and then an ally swoops in and kills him. That's what the government has been doing for ages. Piss people off with X and then use outrage caused by X to create Y. Where X and Y are laws which destroy our rights. But this applies to more than just laws. The kony 2012 bullshit is another bait mechanism.
Bait and switch. I had that same fear as well. Some days, I get very fishy with their movement. Some other days, I support them because they attacked the gov, indirectly. That being said, I just grab my popcorn and watch how it goes.
