After looking through the thread, which is no 2 digits of pages deep, Ive browsed over and selected the most popular nominees to battle it out. As of now, i've whittled it down to 8 candidates who will soon duke it out (er, poll it out) over who will be the Blade of the Year. Without further ado, here are your 8 nominees for BOTY 2010!! -GGrass -jamesh -chicken -Mental -Tha Professor -Old Skool Grower -Laurie Marie -Royksopp And there you have it, your 8 nominees for the 2010 Blade of the Year!!! Well Floyd Pepper, I sure do love all those nominees, but how will this work? Good question! The BOTY will be decided after a seven round tournament. Each day, starting tomorrow, I will draw two names out of a hat, these 2 names will battle it out in poll to see who will advance to the next round. When there are four remaining, the process will be restarted until just two remain. After just one more round we will have our 2010 Blade of the Year!! Wait wait WAIT!! Why the fuck isn't Stoner_Lukas up there???? For a number of reasons, I decided to leave Stoner_Lukas out of the nominee pool. I did this because I felt that we already know how much of a great person he was, and we didn't need to see him against another blade in a competition. We all know he's in the hypothetical GC Hall of Fame, so I didn't want to include him in any sort of drama. I hope we all can understand. And with that, i'll see you all tomorrow.
