kateikyoushi hitman reborn! death note blood + those are pretty good animes -- guys, if you wanna check it out.
This is an awesome season, great new shows. Gundam 00 Kannagi To Aru Majutsu no Index completed a couple recently, ill update my list later
Dragon Ball Z is the greatest anime ever created. But I also like... - Trigun - Cowboy Bebop - Bleach - Gundam Wing - G Gundam - Tenchi Muyo - Yu Yu Hakusho - Vandread - Wolf's Rain There are others, but I don't feel like listing them.
I'm about to finish up Guyver and I'm gonna watch Berserk because a few people I know have constantly told me to watch it
My avatar is a big indictcator, but I am currently reading a lot more manga then watching anime. Stuff that wasn't listed yet which is worth a try: Slayers Hunter X Hunter Cat Soup (Really, bizarre doesn't even come close) 3 X 3 Eyes Black Heaven Blue Submarine No. 6 Darkside Blues Bubblegum Crisis (Original OVA) Detonater Orgun Dragon Half Five Star Stories Gokudo Haibane Renmei King Of Bandit Jing Kino's Journey Lost Universe Millennium Actress Night On The Galactic Railroad Ozanari Dungeon Perfect Blue Pet Shop Of Horrors Please Save My Earth Saiyuki Shadow Star Narutaru Sorcerer Hunters X (TV) (I seem to have gotten carried away, I have seen way too much, can't be healthy)
I have to say, it is extremely heartwarming to know there are a handful of stoners here who enjoy manga and anime as much as I do
I'm old-school when it comes to Anime. I was watching unsubbed, undubbed Anime back in the 80's at CFO meetings. I was involved in the anime community before the big boom in Anime and Manga that came with the internet. My first animes were Speed Racer, Star Blazers and Spaceketeers, and my all-time favorite is Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. I still watch some new stuff, but for my money, the older stuff is way more fun. Anime today doesn't have the same impact for me, but then I really like giant-robots, not girly fun time. I saw Akira right after it came out in Japan in theaters at it's North American debut. Unsubbed, undubbed. I used to have to dub VHS tapes with Nth generation originals just to get my fix. Anime fans have it EASY now with the über-quick fan-subs that you can download days or even hours after a show has been aired in Japan. Not that it's a BAD thing mind you, I need my Gundam 00 fix every week.
HxH is amazing. D.Gray-Man used to be awesome but the anime got cut short and the manga is starting to suck...
