Animal control

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by SolidGuitar, Mar 2, 2004.

  1. I plan to grow in a backyard, but it's pretty wild out there. Anyone have any tips for pest control? Is animals eating your crop (I've heard rats are HELL) really as much of a problem as some grow guides make it out to be?
  2. HIGH All, best thing to do is grow more plants...we grow where Elk, Deer, Bears live...never had problems with them eating anything, just stepping on them. If a animals wants something it's pretty hard keeping them out.
  3. Use chicken wire or wire with small holes in it..

Make a dome over the plants.

That will keep out most critters.. Small bugs and stiff you need to use oranges and lemons or limes around the i\out side of the cage..

    Works for me!!!!1
