brother, you should quit though. yes it is haram becasue there are other cures. just so you know pot is not a cure, it just relives the suffering abit, especally for cancer. there are other treatments avalible that are better for the person. also the reson why you feel it boosts your sences is becasue thats what pot dose. it affects the nervous system.

as for harmfull effects, well, smoking pot hurts the lungs, and curculatory system. it makes you slaw and a "perma-fry". if you ever do quit you will notice that you have seriously harmed your brain. i am not kidding, you do not see it now, but when i quit, i remember how hard it was to do simple tasks compared to before i started.weed is also sprayed with chemicals to increase your high, unless its homegrown. the chemicals are different for each batch of weed you get, so the constant mix up of chemicals harms your body.
your ability to learn is basicly gone. it take so much time and effort to learn now.

last but not least you are a muslim brother. you are expected to be a good person. do you really want to make Allah mad? what will be your excuse when you meet Allah?

so here is my challenge to you brother, you say you can quit. then do it, to prove to yourself that you can.

Do you guys feel your ability to learn is basically gone? From talking to some of us it may appear so, but I am sure that is just for the-at-tricks.

Hey bro the fact still remains that weed is an intoxicant and you dont have any cancer,aids,ADD,asthma,Glucoma oh as i think asthma is wrong i dont know how sucking back on smoke can cure your asthma when smoke causes asthma. Look wine does the same thing it helps to thin your blood, so there is many great benifits in it but Allah says that the sin is greater than the benifit. And what is the sin?? It is to abuse it and thats what you and millions of other people are doing their abusing it so you are no different than any other drug abuser.

If you can function and control yourself ,then why the hell do you need to smoke?? And you cannot smoke weed and make salat, look at how long weed stays in your system, for the length of time that weed stays in your system your system is intoxicated, if it be 1 to 2 months you cannot make salat. Now what happens if you die on that path that your on? Do you think the angels who come to question you will be the good looking angels? Allah says die not except in the state of being a Muslim.
