My favorite talk on TED so far. David Deutsch talks about our place in the cosmos, and exactly what significance we have in it, and exactly what approach we need to take to prolong our existence here. It's a very interesting talk and would recommend it to anyone that has the 20 minutes to watch it. You need to watch the whole thing to get the whole statement.
