Would this be a good idea? I was thinking of getting one of those 6 gallor water cooler things, get a healthy amount of soil on the bottom, and prop a light in there some how. Tell me if these would be a problem with the conditions im under: -Plant being airtight (Will it still grow?) -Odor (If its airtight, will it still smell like bud?) -Would I need any kind of ventalation? Any help is greatly appriciated
Plants need CO2 like we need oxygen, so yes, you could suffocate it. Anyway, except for lowryder I don't think that's a large enough space. Maybe it is, I don't know the dimentions of 6 gallons.
do you mean one of those large gatorade water coolers that are used in sports? that would be a neat grow but it would get rather hot, try putting a computer fan into a hole and spray painting it orange
Not really tall enough... after soil and lights you're working with almost no height, weed gets 4+ feet tall. If that container is your *only* option the only strain that might work is lowryder but don't expect a good yield.
No. The fan should say what kind of power it needs (usually 12V) and you need to give it that through the use of some kind of adapter.
