'Asshole' may be overstating it a bit, but he certainly isn't being a nice guy. I didn't say there was anything wrong with that--being nice in regards to your business will tend to lead you out of business. Of course the health industry is like that (aside from the non-profits), though I disagree with your example... there are people out there researching--it isn't one big organization that makes up the health industry. If someone after a profit finds a cure, they will certainly get their profit...
