The washer has been leaking but now has turned into a flood. What timing I just cleared enough of the garage to actually get at the damn thing.

Sump hose has a hole. Royal pain in the ass to get to. Thank you for painting the case after it was assembled so all the screws needed to be broke loose with a hammer. Bastards.

Part should arrive tomorrow. TY Amazon. Didn't get much of my own stuff done needless to say.

Hit the Ice house and grabbed 10 pounds of Dry Ice.

    20221027_151156.jpg

Used up 8 1/2 gallon jars for a 8 jar return in Kief.
Did the Decarb on 3 trays of the scraps.

    20221027_183609.jpg

Part came and I fixed the Washer (Go Team Brass).
Snapped this as it was dark by the time we headed to the boat.

I need to get the clones (bigger plants in back) in the ground and cloned tomorrow but I'll settle for planted as I'm going to keep them under lights and skip the fall set. Veg them until Jan 1st is my current thinking. I've never done in-ground veg stage off season so who knows what will happen.

I found a Jar of seeds marked (2-2-2022) mixed and I think I know who they are. I was a little late getting one of the Sloth loves Chunk males down in time and I knew there was a chance he'd done the deed. As to the females it'll be a guess as the seeds were found at the bottom of the barrel so to speak.

It's all good to me so I'll be dropping some of them as well. I think I only have 2 more days before we launch again this time to Ventura.

Last of Summer got stripped from the branches. A bit of sun exposure will speed things along,
That #3 lid that looks like all fuzz is that 12 foot very Sativa plant. Smells of citrus super strongly.
Drying fast it will spend the night in a closed bucket while the rest will stay exposed in the shed overnight. I need it all to reach a stable state of dry and be sealed by Sunday when we leave.

    20221028_162043.jpg

Remains from the Kief shaking got Decarbed. About a 1/3 of a bucket.

    20221028_171732.jpg

    Clones got planted.

    20221028_180008.jpg

Lights hung and the seedling small fry moved over. They'll need to be transplanted before we leave but I didn't have enough used FFOF so I'll need to score a fresh bag.

Plugged all in the ground before we left. Gave everything a shot of Ammonium Sulfate. Did Monday night at the halfway.

I aggravated the monster in my belly unloading heavy boxes of Daffodils and was a mess from noon till 6pm yesterday. Double dosed and got really wasted but it did put out the fire.

Still a bit tender today but it has rained off and on most of the day so it's not like I'd be outside messing around anyhow.

We came east to go west for our final destination but that was to drop off the tubers and scope out some work we had done and some to be done.

We should be gone by noonish tomorrow as we are taking the back way around to Ventura and it adds an hour or more depending on traffic. 138 to 18 to Sierra hwy to 126. It should be an interesting run.

  15. We got back to the mountains just in time for the pounding rain. As usual that old barn leaks like it has no roof at all. Well not much of one is left. When it gets real intense it comes in under the wall in the back bedroom and things get dicey trying to soak it up and it keeps the washer and dryer busy cycling towels. I thought we had that stopped wrapping that wall and 10 feet of the ground in plastic to divert the water but when it pours an inch an hour for hours on end even the best attempts get overwhelmed. Then the power went out for 4 hours and made it really fun.

We've got the propane generator but it is not real handy to get out and hook up. I'm thinking a job site power pack for them short less then a day interruptions. Enough to run a light or two and keep the phones and computers charged. I see them for anywhere from a 100 clams and up.

County crews did some sandbagging where the last rain eroded half the berm but it wasn't enough and more erosion has eaten the berm at the little house further up the road from this latest storm. This is all that protects both properties from water collecting on the road pouring into my yard and doing major damage.

Back at the midway point to light the rental floor heater. Vacuumed all the lint and dust out. Got the pilot lit but the burner wouldn't come on. Didn't have the tools to pull and jumper past the wall thermostat so that is this mornings fiddle stuff. If that doesn't fire it I'll have to call the plumber. Arrrrrrrgggggggg.

Carrying them way to heavy boxes of daffodil bulbs last week has woke the pain monster and he isn't happy at all. Usually he can be snuffed and the event is over in 24 hours or so. This has dragged on at half throttle for far to long. I'm walking around like I'm on eggshells moving slow and deliberate. Damn thing just quiet down already please.

Messing with the Furnace yesterday has it annoyed again like I feared it would and it feels like I've been kicked in the belly. Even the slight pressure of buttoned pants is aggravating the situation. 2 capsules 2 aspirin. Start smoking Kief and if I set just so and don't move I can reach a stasis where nothing hurts. WINNER !! If I'm not tripping to hard I may step up and have a third Capsule.

  16. I guess I'm not the only one that can't sit still when my pain level is high. Things still need to be done. I hope you get that furnace going and find some relief from your pain.

  20. I had a stowaway during my attempts at sprouting a while back; soil mixed inadvertently from outdoor efforts must be responsible for the tomato that's loving the indoor lights.
