hey blades...quick question....im plannin on takin a trip to amsterdam an italy in march but ive heard mixed things about if coffee shops are goin to allow foreigners to buy an smoke after the new yr...does anyone kno if this is a for sure thing? im assuming that if they put in the rule at the beginning of the yr that there will still be some places that dont care...but i dont wanna waste time an $$ going there an im not gonna be able to experience the whole thing. am i makin sense? hahah anyways if anyone can help me an give me some info id appreciate it
