    Hi I know i am going to go to Amsterdam at least once in my life time and i was just wondering how do you get pot in Amsterdam i know there are coffee shops and stuff. But what i mean is what do you to get it. It would be weird to me asking for pot in the open . Also Do they display the pot and you choose. How does the Transatction work. Prices would be nice also. I am american.

    why would you ever want to go to amsterdamn when you Are in CANDYLAND... i just don't get some people... you have it all but you just want more!!! fucking comi!! :p

    each coffee shop has different names on their menu for their smoke(from what I've heard when I was in A-dam). But yeah, many have a display that you can point and choose what you want(from what i've seen).

    I might call meself a veteran...been there a few times...

    You just go into the coffeeshop, walk up to the counter, put on your widest grin and ask for the menu...piece of cake...no problem there...they serve tourists by the million...

    some shops have the menu in a glass case with a button saying....."press here for menu"...and a light comes on to show you it.....as they're not legally allowed to show you it without you asking, or doing something to see it......ie pressing the button..........it gets better when you ask for a bong, and you get to choose which one.......and they leave papers and free roach in little ashtrays.............feels weird the first time, smoking a bong in the open like that..........Peace out.........Sid
