Hey guys, been in Amsterdam earlier and im going again in a couple of months. The 15% THC Rule is crap, and i want to get my hands on some real good quality weed. Any tips on how i can get my hands on this kinda stuff? On the street? under the counter?
Don't worry too much about the 15% rule, the bud is still awesome . You can get better though if you head up to Rotterdam
