Is taking both at the same time actually bad for you? I would think that the benzos would calm you a bit and take some of the physical edge of amphetamines off, while most people say mixing uppers and downers is a bad combination.
Actually taking adderal while on benzo's will actually bring you down from the benzo's effects. Same deal other way around too.
I find that taking benzos on adderall leaves you with the positive feelings and effects of adderall without the negative tenseness that comes from taking adderall.
They are fine to mix, a small amount of a benzos will usually remove the tenseness but too much and you ruin the synergy.
