sup gc, i just got a script of ambien cr 12.5 mg, im wondering what the best way to trip of these would be, couldnt find any info on cr (xtended release), and was wondering if i shoould crush it up or something? thanks
Just swallow like a regular pill. Ambien is pretty damn effective and will set in in 15-20 minutes. What I like to do is take my Ambien, then turn off all the lights in my room and queue up a good playlist in iTunes. Turn on the visualizer and just chill, leaned back in a chair. Just lying in bed even feels great. It's a really weird high, different from anything else I know of. Different, but certainly not bad
