A few months ago I left my vape in my back room right next to my garage because I wasn't using it too much. About a week ago I decided to bring it back up, but I've been reluctant to use it for a few reasons. First, we had the roof redone back there and black dust from that found its way into a few areas of the room. I had to clean the dust off of all of my stuff back there and of course, the vape was just sitting out in all of that. I blew some air through the heating element to try to get it out of that part, but I just don't feel like I got everything out. On top of that, I've been reading some forum posts around the web and I've seen complaints about the vapor bros design because the air suction is connected to the electronics, which are prone to accumulating dust. My reason for going back to the vape now is that I've been having terrible allergy-related sinus problems and smoking has been making it worse. The last thing i need is a dusty vape to trigger my allergies even more. Am I trippin'?
I also have very bad allergies. Dust is a major problem for me on a daily basis, and i try to avoid it at all costs. Unfortunately, there's a ton of dust everywhere. If i were you I would just fully wash the vape. I might just be thinking primitive because i'm shitface stoned, but it seems like perfect logic. Just rinse the outside of it, and if you're worried about getting the inside wet, put a plastic bag on the hose part.
