Hey all, when I first starting using my hotbox with other herbs I noticed only a little vapor when I exhaled. I know with vaping that's all I'm supposed to see. Well recently with some dank I've been seeing a lot of either vapor or smoke when I exhale. It seems to hang around in the air for a little while and it's kinda thick which leads me to suspect smoke. Any ideas?
Yeah, if it's hanging in the air and it's white and kinda thick, it sure sounds like smoke to me. Vapor should be a light blue mist that dissipates pretty quickly. Best way to tell if you're going into combustion though is to look at the bud in the bowl and see if it's turning to ash or if it's black.
Then you are operating in the upper vape temp ranges which some find preferable while others, not so much. If your ABV is not black and/or not ash, than you are not combusting.
