Am I off probation? Can I still get tested?

    Hi,

    I was on probation for 6 months and last month my po officer said my case would be closed this week. I called him on the day of and he said that I was done, that my case has expired and that it was sent to a supervisor for approval. He also said that i dont have to come in again, that i wont have to appear in court and also that i wasnt gonna even get anything in the mail cause apparently they dont send that stuff out. I was never tested during my probation but my question is: is it safe to smoke again? Can his supervisor have him call me in for a drug test?

    Please help me put my mind at ease.

    No NOPE as in you can't get tested and get tuh tokin.

    on another note, i haven't been drug tested once yet either, and i'm on 1 year of supervised probation D:

    very depressing that i'm not smoking because just in case...

    Thanks a lot everyone, I'm just nervous they'll knock on my door in two days and tell me to piss in a cup.
