Am I in possible trouble??

Discussion in 'Pandora's Box' started by fourtwozer0, Feb 8, 2011.

  1. This kid I know gets in trouble every week... from wrecking his car, to getting charged w/ theft, dui's etc. Well he got in trouble again with the cops and decided to snitch on everyone he ever fucked w/. Gave cops permission to search his phone record, which linked them to other people. IF they find incriminating texts from people talking about misc. activites with him, what's the worst they could do??

    Please help lol.

Edit: pls don't ask what misc. activities are ... think what I could be talking about.

  2. Did you do anything illegal?

Edit: You could of killed someone, smoked a bowl, sold drugs, stolen something, or a lot more. How the fuck are we supposed to guess

  3. Don't know why you were texting some kid like that, but assuming you weren't talking about bringing in half pounds and up and just asking who has bud you'll be fine.

If you're a hard core drug trafficker (don't tell us- it's against the rules) you're probably fucked. But I doubt you are.

has nothing to do with weed, but we cant talk about other stuff on here anymore...
everything i txt'd him about was small time shit tho for sure... he definatly talked to higher people.

Schultzy ... why would I talk about stealing ,smoking a bowl, or KILLING someone..? and then say ' You kno what i mean /wink wink? wtf? lol...

Take a guess dude. I rly dont care what u think its talkin about , the point is i can't talk about it on these forums.

Someone should get what im talking about.

U think im cool though king of the plebs? he had endless people he texted about getting fucked up... so i would like to think im in the clear? considering i dont ever have anything on me anymore except my personal stash of bud.

  5. Well, if you were buying from this person, you are most likely safe , what are you going to have to offer them that he doesnt have? they like to go up the food chain, not down. (Cause if he is your "supplier", they want his supplier, not his clients). If you sent him texts and you are the one supplying him, even if small time, they are gonna wanna get who you get it from and you are likely going to encounter the cops. If it was just random dilly dally shit here and there, dont worry, they probably dont care enough to use the man power for someone who may or may not have any info of any use at all hahahahahahaah.

edit: What if I choose to not give them any info if I am questioned.... i recently lost my phone and got a new one... although its the same number i only have 4 contacts atm lol which are just friends/family.... would they go through my phone log/charge me with something for not cooperating

  7. What he (schultz) was saying, is that we really can't give you any relevant advice, without knowing exactly what you said and did, if you used explicit terminology, mentioned quantities, how much or little.. doesn't matter if you're actually trafficking or not, if the quantity you specifically asked for is large enough (and the danger zone starts off pretty low), that's all it takes.

To be honest, and I'm not trying to come down on you because you're probably learning your lesson now, but for others, I do not understand why people find it necessary to leave such permanent electronic paper trails. With texts, even if both sides delete the messages, they're not gone forever.

What happened to using code, calling it a slice of pizza, or a tube of chapstick etc.?
If he's your regular fellow he'll know you're not looking for munchies or lip-wear, especially if you both talk about your code in person first. Talking business in person rather than using a phone helps as well.

Think of it this way, that info is NOT useless to the cops, not entirely, otherwise they wouldn't bother. They're more likely looking for his dealer (or the next guy up the food chain), but they can pick on whoever they want, if it's legal for them to do so.

Your best bet, knowing that you can't share anything specific with us, is determining: how much trouble do YOU think you'd be in, if the cops read what you said, and then linked it back to you. If it's any at all, you may want to clean up a little.

  8. God if i went back to my text records before i was a med patient, i would look like i ate so many fucking pizzas, thats the only way to do it hahahahah.

  9. Ugh.. Thank you.

I'd like to think i didn't say anything that would lead them to me...but it all just depends how far this kid went with the info he chose to give them whether fact or fiction...

I more than likely will be questioned at some point along with a lot more people, although i have my fingers crossed.

Yes, i've learned my lesson though.... fucking sucks:(

  10. Snitches get stitches
    For actin like punk bitches

thats prob what your friends are thinkin

  11. If you're pushing something I'd stop for awhile. If he's ratting freinds out he might have more bitches like him that opt out and snitch and do UC buys for the pigs.

  12. Ha, I was going to help you... but for all we know you're a serial killer.

  13. if your misc. activites were planning to get high, naked, and rob a bank, then you could be in trouble..

if they find out your producing and selling counterfeit handbags, ..JAIL.

    :)

  14. No, you just don't know how to cook and always do pizza :D

Actually, when we were renovating the kitchen in our last house, we couldn't do anything except microwave stuff, we did some sort of fast food every night for almost a month...I swear I will never do taco bell, pizza hut or mcdonalds every again.
