Ive decided to take the plunge into growing, this being said i would like to make sure i know and have everything i need. Ive read the book; The Grow Bible spent weeks reading and learning about everything i can from p.h levels to nuts to strains even as far as to research even the ballast (decided to go digital). the set-up im going to be buying is, Grow Tent (22"x36"x63") 250 Watt HPS Grow Light (GrowBright 250 Watt HPS Lamp, extra bulb) Reflector Hangers (2)Bubble Boy Deep Water Culture Hydroponic System Circulation Fan 6†Inline Duct Fan indoor/Outdoor Thermometer/Hygrometer Other: Dual Outlet Digital Timer w/ Battery BackUp - 120v, Advanced Nutrients - Grow, Micro, Bloom 1L, \t Hanna pH/EC Combo WaterProof Tester, Advanced Nutrients pH Up and Down Im growing in a house right now but will be moving to an apartment soon, when i move i plan to add a 4" inline fan with carbon scrubber, will this be enough smell control? Shipping and security: i plan on buying all online at a good well known garden store that is in the states. i will pay with a money order so there is no paper trail, i also will call UPS and ask them to hold my package and will put someone else's address. will this work? and last question am i ready?
Your setup looks all good, you're planning to grow smaller plants right? 250 watts isn't much for bigger plants. Good on ya for the research, people don't do enough of that these days!
im planning on autoflower fem for a couple grows just to learn and watch. how much do you think i will yield with a 250W for 2-3 plants max
You're going to need some seeds. Seriously though, I think you're good. I might spring for a 400W setup for just about the same money. And personally, I wouldn't bother with that runaround with UPS, it's just doing something unusual and drawing attention to yourself. If you're that worried about it, do what it takes to get everything ordered from your closest hydro store and pay in cash.

I'm just worried about temps with a 400W last thing I want is my plants burning or not having room to get big with being burnt
