am i going to have a heart attack

    i eat burger king every single day, usually a double cheeseburger and fries, and then on my way home from work get mcd's. literally everyday. i smoke 1/2 a pack - 1 pack a day and when i'm off all i do is sleep or sit in bed, or fuck my gf lol. but idk. i feel...weak. =/

    i'm not overweight though. i'm 5'4" and weigh 120lbs soaking wet...cant gain a pound and also i have bad IBS :(

    andright now i'm fucking miserable, i'm sick as hell sore ass throat cant breathe worth shit coughin like a mofo tired and sides hurt like hell from IBS. had the hiccups earlier too to top it off lol. i'm hating life right now.

    i'm just like you, skinny as a mofo and can't gain a pound

    so i'd much rather eat bad food than leaves and tree branches

    what is your age op? how long you been smoking cigs?
    your arteries are being clogged with cholesterol from daily fastfood, the smoking is making this arteries to harden up and not be able to dialate to allow blood flow, eventually it will become a problem if you dont quit now.

  6. i'm NEVER home. i'm working 60 hours a week at burger king, an hour drive home an hour drive to work. so when i wake up i go to mcdonalds on the way to work, eat dinner at BK, on way home from work stop at mcd;s or cookout...5-6 days out of the week. the other 1-2 days well i spent the day eating cantaloupe and grapes lol drinkin v8...but when i aint got time =/
     
  7. make edibles it will help with the IBS, my mom has bad IBS but is against pot, so i watch her suffer daily
     

  8. i'd rather have edibles cause i got a sore ass throat but nah man i have a pretty bad case of IBS (couldve escalated to crohns at this point but no insurance cant get it checke dout yet...) it and have for years it honestly does nothing for it. for me anyways.

    I've spent months working 70 hour weeks. I know how it goes. It's still not an excuse. Wake up earlier and make yourself a healthy breakfast. Buy a blender- you can make delicious fruit and vegetable smoothies with yogurt and OJ in a matter of minutes. Stop drinking soda and stick with water/juice. Pack a lunch the night before and bring it with you to work. Sandwich, piece of fruit, maybe some nuts or something- thats all you need. Stop getting mcd after work and wait until you get home to eat. If you get hungry after work, bring a healthy protein bar or something with you to hold you over for the drive home. YOU are the reason you feel like crap all the time, and you can change it. You just have to put in the little extra effort.
     

  10. unfortunately that shit all costs a lot more than free bk and $1 mcdoubles...and i'm real strapped on cash, like $900 in debt and trying to move. haha. not just trying t omake excuses but ugh protein bars a good idea them bitches are good anyways nature valley <3
     
  11. I can garauntee that if you quit all that shit you'll feel 10x better and healthier. Instead of eating shit, buy some healthy stuff like fruit and things like that, and instead of going to macdonalds for breakfast, take some breakfast you made at home in a plastic box or something. That amount of fast food is ridiculously bad for you.

  16. O and weight isn't everything when it comes to being healthy. All that foods has a shit ton of cholesterol. Your arteries are slowly clogging up. That's what's gonna give you the heart attack

    Smoking will only speed up the process

  18. All depends on age. The heart is a strong muscle so you can do that for a while. But eventually you'll have to change it and live a more healthier lifestyle obviously.

    I do the same shit as you OP. Work makes it hard to balance everything so sometimes it's most convenient to buy fast food. Ill go weeks of eating just fast food and microwave stuff.

    you have all the risk factors for cardiovascular disease

    as you grow older, your metabolism will slow down and the cytokines from the cholesterol will damage and clog your vessels... its nasty

    atleast stop smoking cigs
