In early November, I got into some trouble on campus and they found everything. Scale, pipe, and about an 8th, but it was all my friends shit, just in my bag. My friend told them it was his, but they still put me on academic probation. Just today I checked the mail and there was a letter from my city saying what things were found on me, and that they will let me know if i'm being charged. Will I have to go to court, or will they let this slide?
your friend admitted that it was his. in this case, the "it's not mine!" claim is actually true, so hopefully you'll be let off the hook this time
You know, I really don't know what to tell you. I hope not. But, If you do it'll just be a misdemeanor charge at the most I'd say. Since they already put you on academic probation.
