Am I crazy or are these forming seeds?

    15507900178161451885363876383814.jpg I haven't seen any signs that they hermied but all 3 of my plants look like this on all of their buds. Are they seeds? I've had plants hermie before where I ended up with 8 or 10 seeds but these look like I'll have hundreds! Hoping I'm wrong.     Looks like seeds. I'd pop one and see. You can always make oil.

    Yeah I popped a few open. They look like under ripe soft seeds. Wtf... I'm flabbergasted. No signs of nanners... and like I've said, how could all 3 plants be covered in them? There are no male plants in the house and I haven't been in contact with any pollen.

    Could be genetics. Could be light leaks.
    Could be stress related. Nutes,heat,humidity any of this things taking large swings multiple
    Times can cause enough stress to hermie them out.

    It doesn't take many male stamen to cause a problem. Just one fully ripe in the right breeze could pollinate everything. Could have happened early on and been grown over with enough female to cover it.

    Yeah... fuck...like I said tho, I've had plants hermie before and i ended up with a few seeds. These are absolutely riddled with them. Worse than the Mexican schwag i used to get when i was 14... fuck... by my estimate they have about 3 weeks left. Is it worth letting them finish? Also what should i do to get the tent ready for the next grow? I usually sterilize by wiping everything down with bleach. And wtf should I do with this crap? So fucking mad right now...

    Make oil or smoke a lot of joints. I'd let em finish up at this point. Is it all over or do you think some of them missed?

    Yeah, bleach is fine. Just getting it wet is all it really takes from my understanding. As for oil. Plenty of methods, one that I like is a quick wash in everclear. Fill a mason jar with bud, then fill with everclear. I only soak for a couple minutes while shaking. The longer you soak the greener it turns out. Leave it for a couple hours and it'll be a nasty goo we call green dragon. Filter out the plant material pouring the liquid into a tray. I use a silicone tray about 10x10. You want a thin layer with surface area and the silicone makes getting it out easy. Then just let it evaporate. I run a space heater pointed at it when I want to speed things up.

    So, do I still need to go through the drying and curing process if I'm just making oil? And is this a smokable oil or just suited for edibles or capsules? Thanks for the input btw... believe it or not your making a bad day somewhat brighter. I'm so glad I bought seeds. This was from a single bag seed that I cloned. It's my last run with unproven genetics! There were no other issues that I could connect to causing a hermaphrodite. If I wanted to read furthur on this would i search green dragon or qwiso?

    It similar to qwiso. I just don't like isopropyl alcohol. Perfect dabs when it's done. If you let it evaporate naturally or at a low temp instead of a double boiler it comes out shatter. Get a good screen for filtering. I like the 50 micron that gets used for BHO.

    Never tried with fresh material before. Might come out like a live resin. Maybe try a small batch to see how it comes out. Let me know. If it works out I'll do that when I harvest.

    Thank man. I'll try a small batch with fresh and see how it comes out. Maybe if I freeze it first it would help the trichomes fall off easier? I know everclear is legal in my state however I've never been able to find it near me so I might be stuck with isopropyl.

    I kinda feel like it's the opposite of bubble hash. Want to dissolve the trichs not just break em free. I've tried cold and it seemed like it didn't work as well. Lots of trich heads at the screen tho.

    After they finish I'd shake it for kief, roll out the seeds, and make RSO or QWISO with what's left. You could even leave in the seeds and let their oil blend with the RSO. Dark green oil doesn't matter inside a capsule and chlorophyll is good for you. I think you'll be satisfied smoking your kief.

    If it is seeds and you're sure it didn't hermie someone in the neighborhood must have had a male.

    It must have hermied. no other explanation. i’m indoors and it’s the middle of winter so they definitely weren’t pollinated from the breeze from an open window lol! i’m gonna take a real close look later and i bet i find some nanners!

    Dude, dont give up hope yet, it might not necessarily be seeded. What strain is it, and has it happened to more than one strain? I've got a northern lights cross that swells like that, so it might be doing fine. I only say because you havent found any evidence of nanners. Sucks if it is.
