Am I Burning My Plants??!?!

    I have some hydroponic plants growing downstairs. I have 3 plants in about a 4x4x6 grow area. And I am using 450w of HPS lighting. Is that too much? Should I even add a flouresent?

    Sounds perfectly ok, why do you ask if your burning them? Is there something your not telling? lol

    Just thought I'd, "Stop the problem before it starts." Or at least that's what the school counselor tried to teach us...or something...
