drinks lots of water up until you walk in the door, find a bathroom and do your business. drink some more water to fill your bladder, take the container in the bathroom, start a stream and pinch it midway, start the stream in the cup to the line, set aside, finish up and you'll be golden. UA tests are usually of the GO/NOGO variety, or threshold based. THC metabolizes mainly in the fat cells. if you're not obesely overweight and do a good plain water flush as described given the time you've been without the odds will be in your favor imo. if you dont have a good alternative whatcha gonna do?

I've seen people report on here it takes 100+ days for heavy users to get clean.. so good luck dude lol
