My sister met a guy off the internet, (she's 14) and started really liking him, he lives 4 hours away from me and she's never met him.. anyways, she sent him private pictures of herself (i know.. but pretty much every tween does this, and i'd be lieing if i said i didnt when i was 12/13 lol) anyways.. He put her pictures all over the internet including her facebook and a bunch of other sites. (keep in mind that her face is in the pictures) and he is 18.. she lied and told him she was 16.. anyways, my sister has been heartbroken for the past 2 weeks, not because of this boy but because he exposed her pictures.. She doesnt know this, but a week after he did this to her i made a fake facebook, fake pictures, fake everything saying i'm 16 and started talking to him. he really is an asshole! I don't know what she saw in him. but anyways, he said he's gonna send me 250$ to travel up to see him, i told him i'd think about it. anyways, my question is: Should I take this fuckers money and split it halfs with my sister? And tell her what I did. Or should I just let it go and not take this kids money and forget about it. i really hurt for my sister and would hate if anyone did to me what he did to her. Thanks!
If those pictures show any sort of nudity (it sounds like they do) that is child pornography (even if she was really 16). If he actively knew, and thought that she was, 16 he can be sent to jail for not only receiving, but distributing that material. Delete the fake Facebook account and press charges.
