alpine type r's

    how long could i play a single 10" alpine type r at 3/4 vol/power with a 600w amp for? i know some subs start to burn if played for too long, just wondering about this sub.

    Yes, peak around 1500w and you'll only be pushing 600w, you should be pretty good. Why would you want to know how long you can push them for though? You may want to get a capacitor if you plan on leaving it on a very long time.

    cus i will be playing it like that for over 1hour on snowboarding trips.

    One hour isn't shit, especially at the wattage. You're as good as gold man!
