Ok. now 45 days into flowering. Does she have much longer? Can I harvest some even now? Or should I wait? This is my first grow btw. I hope it's good! I am reeeeaally lookin forward to the harvest. sorry about the pics, I'm not so skilled. I just took them today. they are all pics of the same plant btw.
nice plant, sure is close to finishing, could be denser though, let her go awhile longer, best way to tell is 3/4 amber trichs under a microscope
Thanks! It's great to hear that from someone since I can't show anybody I know personally! I don't have a microscope. This has all been pretty low budget. Oh, question. Should I feed her again(with ferts I mean)?? this is about the time I would feed her if I stay on the same schedule as I have but I heard I shouldn't so close to harvesting.
theres debate over flushing 1 or 2 weeks before harvest, i keep feeding until it's dense and crystally, up to you man, just make sure she's done maturely before harvest!
7up- Looking good man. What strain are you growing there? Whatever you have read about the flowering time for your strain should give you a loose guideline. Get yourself one of those $10 pocket microscopes from radio shack, and take a good look at the trichs. When they are 60-75% amber in color, go ahead and harvest! Just make sure you keep us posted on how much you get
Wow. I woke to an aweful surprise this morning. I guess the plant was to heavy for the stem. It was flopped over like this. She had that really slack feeling in her leaves and stem at the part that had bent and well I decided to yank her and she's hanging up now. I'll post weights and amounts and pics on the harvest rest assured . Fat bob- She's Afgani. 10 seeds purchased for 35$. took me 3 seeds to get a female plant out of it, the other 2 turned male. I have c99 and Haze(yah I know it's sativa) to try next. Plus 7 more Afgani seeds. Too bad cannabis doesn't grow as fast as mushrooms. But it was really fun and so much easier then I thought! Now to improve my skills!
u ruined it man why didnt you wait.......... it would have been good.... all strains of marijuana take close to 2 moon cycles which is 70 days about not 45 another 25 and you could have doubled yeild and gottne actual dankness... sorry man, she looks like to much N in the pic.... blaze her any ways next time do your home work
