OMG the lord above saved my ass.....! I was driving thru MO and saw a sign Drug Check Point Ahead....So like a dumb shit I get off before...Got Michigan plates doens't look good cuz at the top they were waiting for me ! I had my family with me so I was not too happy...The cop asked me to get out and patted me down and we talk. He tells me that they are after large amounts and that small personal use they don't care about. I am thinking yeah right...SO I am standing next to the car and the dog in back is going nuts. I am a big guy 6'9" 400lbs so I kinda dwarf this cop...all I say is Yes Sir No Sir....He said you give me what ya got you drive off no questions no nothin...! Now I watch cops and know what kinda shit goes down when you lie so I told him I have some personal/medical use....I get it out of the back handed it over and he told me to go. I about dropped my water ! I was like thanks sir yes sir will do sir..never see my fat ass again SIR ! For those of us who do not believe in the good lord above.....might want to re-think that. BigK

Yea man, whenever you see 'Drug Checkpoint Ahead' signs... ALWAYS stay on course dead ahead. They WANT you to take the exit so they can nail you.
Thank goodness we don't have drug check points in Maryland...although, lately, the LEOs have been traveling aroung with the K-9 units, and will "scan" your car while you talk to the officer....I don't do anything to justify them pulling me over...seat belt on, within 5mph of the speed limit, make sure all the exterior lights work....I didn't use my front license plate for years (MD requires one), but I've gotten paranoid enough to put it back on.....Back in high school (Class of '72) I figured weed would be legal by now, since most of us would be in charge...but, noooooooooo, the Feds have to keep it a Schedule One drug, which is foolish....Pot is not a drug...it's a weed, for Christ's sake. A non-addictive weed, at that. Just think of all the tax payer money wasted on trying to get rid of weed...
