Thanks guys. -- Giving advises is a serious business. There are people out there, who take advises seriously. They actually follow, or try to follow the advise they got on the internet. So when you're giving advises, you got to put a lot of thought into it... But most importantly, you must have 'good intention'.

Never heard of that saying. I must first search the word 'damnation' to see the correct meaning. And... hm... I see. The road to damnation is paved with good intention? Why?
my favorite part of the sl&r forum is that many of the threads can be solved with simply manning the fuck up and just talking to the other person.
And how does that make it your favorite part? Because the problems are simple? Personally I like the complicated ones.
the saying "the path to hell is paved with good intentions" comes from the fact that quite frequently, people over zealously react and/or initiate something without forethought and planning. So even though the intent was good and genuine, the actual outcome was horrific and undesirable. a counter to this phrase can be "the ends justify the means" implying, regardless of intent, is the outcome more important...kind of interesting when you really start contemplating the importance of both intent and outcome and how they are intertwined with each other..
