So this idea might not be the MOST original thought...I'm sure it's been done before...but I had never heard this idea until it popped into my head. I was looking on craigslist for standup freezers and sure enough...there are working standup freezers for under $100 all over craigslist. I had this idea purely for stealth reasons. Then I got to thinking...and this is where you electrical geniuses might come in handy. Would there be any way to harness the cooling power of the freezer? Let's say a freezer keeps the temp at a steady 25 degrees F. Could you just modify it to make it stay at a constant 65-70 degrees F instead? For those of you who need real world situations for your mind to start working...let's say you wanted to build a full size wine cooler out of an old, working standup freezer. Anyone?
