I'm personally happy they finally make some money... I mean they kept going for 10 years with little to no recognition... Let them have their moment... They'll fade back into obscurity soon enough.
I was guessing that sense you said they "were" a good band you were one of the ones that now dislikes them because they are "sellouts." It now seams that you just liked their old music more then the new stuff, which I not only agree with, but think is a much better reason for saying modest mouse sucks.
maybe if you stopped listening to popular music this would not be a problem. or maybe learn to play an instrument then you can say all your music sucks.
