All Female, getting Them To Fill In

  1. This season I didn't get the seeds in until late June early July.
They all are females. I started with ten, but some theives broke the stem just below the leaves and left 6'' of bare stem. Root mites got four more of them. I was able to save one of them. By putting root hormones on what was left of the stem up to the lowest branches. With plenty of water an sunlight. That was a 5 weeks ago. I Preflowers have started. Now I have six plants. One I started to cut the light out about 4 weeks ago has 1/4 inch buds. The others are on the edge of a swamp. Two of these are in the flowering stage. The other two are pre flower stage. The buds on the two are real streeeeched out .

What can I do to get them to fill in?

Was the late planting the reason they all are female?
