    Hi,

so here is the full story about this technique I am going to publish journal here and only the results in the other topic:

Here is video of how I made this growing box:

So I planted hemp and wheat together there. There is now about 60 W of LED now. My original plan to test with only blinking lights went bad couse the controllers are broken when I did some circuit bending to them so I decided to add 2 W also normal daylight LEDs there to see how they affect the growth.

Also the other container has about 50% less ground but that does not seem to affect to growth at least now in the beginning.

    Full album of the project:

Here are the results from now, I take every day a picture. Hemp seems to be growing some roots first but the wheat is very fast growing in the beginning:

  2. what leds did you use? where can I get it on ebay?

  3. that place is in finland, would take to long to get here

  4. yep, try the manufacter page instead? there is also 5 watt LEDs.

  5. Im going to try with leds from Ebay, and see how it works I heard they work good :)

  6. Now the ground is starting to kick in. The left with less ground is starting to lose. Seems like in the beginning its not about the ground amount, but when they grow roots the growth will cease if not enough ground. Also other pictures updated in the original album:

  7. The diary has now finished. The wheat overtook the space and the hemp didnt succeed.

So in the next test I will plant them separately.

I have some pics yet but they are in the camera which is not mine so I have to wait I get those pics.
