Alaskan thunderwhhhatt?

    I live in CA where I don't think any of the weed I've smoked has been Alaskan Thunderfuck. Is this strain as amazing as everyone here says it is?

    yeah its a bomb ass strain, but living in california, I'm sure you have plenty of comparable dank available, as do I. I don't really get caught up in the name game, but I'm sure I could pick up some bomb just as good as some legitimate atf from a clinic.

    The same question could be asked about... Northern Lights, for example. and I would answer similarly.

    have you ever heard of Matanuska Thunderfuck?

    it's supposedly the original strain where ATF comes from, MTF was suppose to be some of the most potent, but it got cycled out due to massive crop raids done by the DEA as well as it was being combined with other strains.

    Never had ATF, but i have had MTF and its a good smoke. A few years ago an old co-worker of mine went on a vacation to Anchorage and she brought back a few O's of MTF (pre 9-11 of course). Its not one of those strains that you should actively seek out. Theres lots of other comparable strains out there that are much easier to get. But if you have the opportunity, definitely give it a go.

    getting "real" MTF is like getting "real" purple haze, its possible, but you most likely need to know the hella old school growers to get it.
