Alabama?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Legalization' started by nightgaunt2, Sep 21, 2023.

  1. Will/when will recreational marijuana be legal in Alabama?

Haven’t smoked in years due to paranoia of getting caught and not willing to jump through hoops to get any. To me, it’s just not worth the risk of jail time.

I know I would probably be fine but my conscience continually tells me no.

  2. The deep south will be the last states to legalize.......thanks to your right wing republican lawmakers.
Keep voting them in and it will never happen.

  5. Throughout human history, religion has caused more death, war, and other various problems than any other one thing.

  8. The sooner people stop dividing themselves into groups (or allowing themselves to be put in a group) the better off humanity will be. No religion, no political parties, no mention of race, just PEOPLE actually helping each other. Fucking crazy, I know, but hey, I just grow weed, what do I know.

  9. Just order THCa hemp. It's legal in Alabama.
Just keep the packaging so you can prove it's Hemp,
    not Cannabis.

  11. Actually not true, the governor of GA, a repub has promised to sign the bill IF it makes it to his desk. There are two ancient old democrats who are like 90 years old who control the committee that decides what bills get to the floor for a vote and they say as long as they are alive, no bill legalizing weed will ever reach the floor for a vote. It would be passed overwhelmingly if it were.

  12. There was some bright light in Alabama when that highly restrictive Med bill made it. The Republicans there broke their arms patting themselves like they had seen the light. I’m in the south and get D8 and regular weed when I grow/find it. I expect that D8 rug to get yanked anytime and would have already if my state didn’t have abortion to chew on.
