  2. This is great news but I have my concerns like with SC, they seem to be dragging it. I’m ready for a southern state to go with rec weed. Cmon GA!

  3. I know, right?!

  4. With the SC effort they have went in circles and gotten nowhere. One quote I heard was “We aren’t going to be Colorado” and they want to increase penalties for someone caught without a med card. Forgive me for being a skeptic but I’ve got little faith that south states will get this right the first time.

  5. that is unfuckingbelievable. I use to live in Alabama. Yet these Cousin fucking hillbillies in Kentucky won't even bring it up until 2020. I hate living in the most fucked up state in the Union. I'm 64 and I will not live long enough to see it come here to the Bluegrass state.

  6. They’ve started to allow some hemp farming in SC and instantly the good ole boy system kicked in as usual with all kinds of regs and requirements. When idiots are in charge it’s no surprise that idiotic results are the outcome.

  7. Here you can buy cbd flower and all sorts of cbd products. The CBS shops are saying pharmacies are already getting educated on the regular bud. But that could be gossip .

  8. I’m hoping to see a day when someone can grow, not hurt anybody, and not be deemed a criminal.

  9. Not in my lifetime.

  10. I was hoping they would pass the bill. I was hoping to make a 45 minute trip to pick some stuff up considering they would allow out of state people to buy. Ga is not going anywhere, all the state legislators I've messaged on FB and emailed never answer back unless its email but then its a generic pre written statement.

  11. I’m not surprised on either point. It will be a domino thing like the lotto.

  12. I feel your pain. Kentucky is as bad or worse. At 64 I'm starting to lose hope.

  13. The south has always been 40 years behind the rest of the country. Rather it's civil right or weed it's going to take a very long time to hit south unless congress does something now. you have to go a long ways to find bigger rednecks than Alabama. now Kentucky has taken the lead. Remember the sick and the dying don't put money in peoples pocket so fuck you. I don't care about what party someone belongs to. But have you ever talk to someone who watches Fox news? People in the south watch it morning noon and night. Now if you want war with Iran then they're for it. If you want to help your sick child then fuck you. It's looking hopeless.

  15. The newest I have heard was their first medical study commission meeting a couple weeks ago and supposedly a second in September but what I like is the panel members are very considerate like some having family members that suffered and got help through marijuana and the member that's chairman is the 1 that first introduced medical bill this year and the fact that members are saying they are Christian first. Now whether that's true or not? Well I believe in God for example and I also believe that if you have people with faith fighting for something there's a lot more of a chance things happen. My opinion

  16. I also believe if cultivation isn't allowed there will always be problems for example I'm disabled and insurance doesn't pay and j damn sure can't afford government prices and a lot of money making hard working people can't either not any amount even if it's really killer shit people want to smoke regular. Not many take a bit here and there even if that's all it takes and another thing that's always got me is pursuit to happiness being a big right but I'm sure you know rights in America haven't been right in a very long time

  17. I agree. It would be nice to see the red states allow growing but I just doubt it. If 1 gets the ball rolling then there may be a chance.
