So basically nowadays at the airport you have to either submit to a full body scan or in the alternative have someone grab at your groin area to see if you have explosives. The dude in the article refused both and he's being fined $10,000 and couldn't fly.

This shit is getting out of hand at this point IMO. I'd honestly feel violated if I had to get full body scanned, and sure as hell wouldn't let another dude grab my junk either.

  2. Im going to get my own plane

  3. If they let us carry "weapons" on the plane then none of this shit would be necessary. I'm just saying, if some dude yells "i got a bomb" and there are like 100 other people on the plane with at least a pocket knife each, i doubt he would get that guy would get too far.

  5. Hahahaha exactly! Cap those fools, and let the rest of us people with real lives get on with them. Shouldn't there be some "international airs" treaty like we have for open waters?

  6. Honestly, I think people are too worked up about it. When you buy the plane ticket, you are agreeing to their security terms. If you don't like it, walk, drive, or take a submarine.

Besides, I can understand not being thrilled about the body scan or the pat down, but you know what? If they stop doing this a plane gets blown to shit, people will bitch that security wasn't tight enough.

  7. You do that, and you are saying you agree that when you are driving, you car is state or federal property

  8. Flying is a privilege, and if you can't deal with the rules, don't fly. I fly on a normal basis internationally and would much rather have the screening. I'm not thrilled about knowing someone is watching me like that but the person screening isn't even in contact with the people going through(located elsewhere). Especially after that incident with the guy having explosives in his underwear, its needed.

  9. I'd attempt to make myself erect and then let him grab it.
If I'm gonna be pissed off he is too.

  10. What is it about a plane that makes us want so much security?

Someone could bring a bomb onto a train easily, but when was the last time you heard of that happening?

As long as the cockpit is secured, so that the plane can't be used as a weapon, what would be the purpose of hijacking or blowing up a plane?

If there are so many terrorists plotting against us then why aren't buses and trains blowing up left and right?

I say get rid of security at airports altogether.

just start thinking of some hot lesbian porno...give that fucker something to grope...lol

gedio, lol^^^guess im not the only one thinking outside the box

    haha you can't be serious.

curious, how do you get that from his comment?

  12. lets do it! well name it: SwisherSweetz Express.

N our motto will be. We got that BOMB!!! n i aint talkin explosives!

n we can just hotbox everything

  13. maybe we are all still as a species afraid of heights, or at least being several thousand feet in the air. being at that height makes people more aware of things going wrong at least

but i'm pretty sure this is all just for the money though. lotsa airports you know, lotsa places to put em, lotsa cash

  14. This is perfect and 100% true. :hello:

  15. Honestly, the amount of time, effort, and money the US of A is spending on "National Security" could be taken and spend on more progressive and useful things. Seriously, it could go towards national healthcare, feeding the impoverished, anti-smoking campaigns, or any other areas that are causing actual death and suffering. Over the last 50 years, how many Americans have been killed in legitimate terror attacks, compared to not being able to afford healthcare, or food, or even due to smoking.

  16. And just think about how much money has been spent on the two wars...

  17. Terrorist are fucking dumb, I mean a plane? Come on, even I know that you can't REALLY hurt that many people using one, if that's your best you can do to just try to make a plane explode, you should really just go into a field and test the bomb on yourself.

  18. I think people are being babies about it.
You know the rules, you know what has to be done before you
fly, I'm pretty sure that's not going to change...ever.

I've been through the airport, I've been searched, yeah it's
awkward, but I've never been groped. It's usually girl on girl when
I go so there's no crazy man touching me. It's uncomfortable but
if that's what I have to do in order to be safe on a plane...that's
fine. I'd rather be "felt up" for 20 seconds than to be blown to bits.

Me personally, I would just do the body scan and hopefully other
people won't get to see and laugh at me. Ha
