    Are there any windows or vents? Any possible ways to ventilate the room? If there are open these and blow the smoke out of them. Exhale the smoke through a sploof, a toilet paper tube with scented dryer sheets stuffed into it. Spray Ozium or another air sanitizer after you smoke and this will help rid the smell.

    There's a window but it goes up and out and the smoke tends to blow back in even with a fan. It's a good five feet up to ground level through the window.

    As mentioned above, Sploof. Dryer sheets, charcoal and dryer sheets in layers, 3-5 is enough(start and end with a sheet).
