No way of knowing by looking really. And even if it is, it doesn't automatically mean its good. It all depends on how well it was grown and cared for. Tbh that bud doesn't look te greatest. Decent , yes, amazing? No

Looks like good bud. But it's a horrible trim job, that bud is covered in leaves lol.
