Affordable Glass Jars for Buds

    Can anyone advise or recommend affordable sealable glass jars for buds. Ball jars are a little expensive. Does anyone use generic jars?. If so send link, info etc.

    64 ounce (half gallon) mason jars are the best value for storage.
    Walmart $11.99 for a box of 6 jars
    Tractor Supply $12.99
    Ace Hardware $15.99

    Go talk to bars and restaurants, they go through a lot of one gallon jars that have airtight lids. :thumbsup:

    Can I use a 1 gallon glass jar. Is that recommended?

    It’s not the size of the jar that’s important, it’s the airtight lid. Any size will work it just depends on how much you have on hand. I usually only fill my jars up about 3/4 of the way. This leaves room for them to breathe as they finish curing. I burn the jar for a couple of minutes ( or hours) depending on how much moisture they still have.
    You can use any glass jar with a good lid though....
