Getting ready to cut the ribbon on my aeroponics system and had a question. Whats the best way to start from seed when the plant will end up in a neoprene puck? My first thought is to start the germ in paper towel and move right into the puck once the taproot emerges, but would love the reassurance of hearing that this is advisable. I'll be using some top quality (read-expensive) seeds and want to avoid wasting/ruining any of them... Thanks!!!
I'm interested about this too, what did you end up doing? I've heard of someone else mentioning just using paper towels as well then putting the seedling in the neoprene disc 5-7 days later. Some others talked about just a bit of hydroton or glass marbles.
