this is a section of my other post on a diffrent site. wanted to know what you guys thought due to the inactivity of the other site ok, well ive done alittle more research and thanks to loudblunts i know that the mister shown above will not work due to the larger root mass of adult plants. so im going to have to go with a more traditional style aeroponic setup.... im not exactly sure about how the pump/sprayer system is suposed to work/fit together so i may be running around the forum looking for people with experience building these. but basicly here's the plan.... im going to take 3 6'' pvc pipes cut holes for a net pot/sprayers put them on an angle slanting into a resevoire so the excess water flows back im going to tag a water pump( not sure what gph yet) but prolly a smaller one that i could find at walmart/homedepot then i'd need to study some diffrent pvc fittings and somehow hook the pump up air tight to some pvc pipeing. up a 90 degree elbow into a T Joint were i would split the pipe into 2 diffrent lines that would go up the midpoints between the pvc were i would end the pvc into a cross joint like THIS ONE were i would run some plastic tubing into the 6'' pvc tubes into 12 low pressure 360 degree sprayers. ill prolly end up going to homedepot some time in the next few days to check out diffrent types of pvc/fittings as well as look for a water pump/res in the mean time ill throw up a fast illustration , and ask u guys if you have any tips that would help me out for : Res size pump size(gph) and would i need a pressure guage or is that only needed in bigger setups? i may be underestimating how easy this will be to construct so anyone with first hand or second hand knowledge please feel free to tell me what u think Fyi: most of that stuff in the illustration should be scale model
