Alright so me and one of my best friends have been planning on going to this rave this Friday for about a month or so. All of a sudden this weekend he asks me if there were any tickets left on sale because his girlfriend wants to go. Now keep in mind it is 2 and a half hours away, I am the one driving and we are staying at a friend of mine's place. And I don't like his gf at all. She is a complete bitch and treats him like shit. So I said let me look. I found out there were tickets left and told him. So since I don't like her I made her ask my friend if she could stay at his place (she knows him but barely, he used to live in the same area as me but moved.) He said it would be fine with him but he had to check with his girlfriend first. His girlfriend(who also knows my best friend's girl) says no she can't stay here. So now the girlfriend of my friend coming to the rave is on a complete rampage and doesn't want him to go even though he has already bought a ticket and has been planning this for awhile. I just asked him if he was still going to go and he replied with: I really hope so. I want to be straight up with him and tell him this girls a bitch and you should move on because you could do much better but I don't want to strain our relationship. Advice?

And a few months ago I was talking to him about her and he was saying how its nothing serious and that if she ever said I love you he would dip. Skip to a few weeks later and walla he is telling her that he loves her. Wait a second..........she's probably a SUCCUBUS! Fuck! But on the real side ya. Wanting two different things from the relationship, you know? Well...if he's half assing his replies then text him, give him some time to think of what to say
He has to care about the girl a lot if he's willing to deal with all of that, and not even see it as being that bad. Talk to him about that? Ask him what he's getting out of being in a relationship with her, and what he's losing out of it. As far as the rave goes, I say just go. He already bought a ticket.
Ya, I don't really understand how someone can carry on a relationship just for sex if the other person obviously is in it for a completely different reason. And thanks, I'll try that out. I've tried many times. And ya I know! They were 80 bucks too! I told him that he was going no matter what. Even if I have to tranquilize him and carry him to my truck, he is going to be there.
