I had a 4 " seedling of chemdawg fem, it was left outside and got soaked and started to decline. I pulled it from the wet soil and placed it in a cup of GH nutrients where it has shown improvement in the leaf structure. It is on a heating mat and 24" from a t5 flourescent indoors on an 18/6 timer. The roots are still clinging to a tiny bit of soil but I am unsure of next steps, do I wait for more root structure? I plan on moving it to a fabric pot eventually and finishing outside. Thanks in advance!
Hope plant is doing good, that's a lot of stress for a small one! IMO, I would kindly repot her in a light soil mix (seedling mix, or blend of coco perlite peat) and soak it optimal level with a touch of nutes. Would also keep her inside until root system is more establish so it can tolerate more stress. Keeping the t5 same height while plant bounces back for a few days and then move it closer.
