Advice! Lower level suddenly showing rusty brown areas, getting worse.

  1. Hi Everyone,

I have three purple mountain majesty plants, (feminized) and the largest is having some issues..
They are all in soil from last year, when I was gifted a bunch of what turned out to be males so soil sat in pots all winter/spring.

These are in a small outdoor/vented greenhouse. I should have done a better job sterilizing the house before they went in but didn't.. have treated them with regalia (foliar once, then roots) and green cleaner a few times (they're only about a month old).

Recently I noticed the lower leaves on the largest plant are doing this, and its spreading upwards... No sign yet on the smaller two or any other plants (just 3 others).

They are in eb stones "premier" blend/420 blend, and had some additional fertilizers added originally, but Im also remiss on exact details. Seabird guano, sulpomag, a few others. Does this look fungal or nutrient related? Any ideas much appreciated. I dont think IM over watering.. they been getting fish from down to earth and regalia in their roughly weekly waterings.

The worst looking picture is the first/lowest leaf to get it, the best looking leaf is the same plant, just higher up.

    Thanks!

  2. Check for spider mites. Use a magnifying loup and look under the leaves closely.
